Tell me your fears
I'll tell you mine

Tell me your hopes
Tell me your dreams
Tell me your secrets
I'll reveal mine

Tell me your aspirations
Tell me your goals
Tell me how you want to serve
I'll serve with you

Tell me your deepest thoughts
Tell me your innermost feelings
Tell me your burdens
I'll take them all away

Tell me your future
Tell me I'm included
Tell me you love me
I just might tell you the same thing.

    This poem really underscores the need to not be so passive when it comes to relationships, in the sense of not immediately assuming that the other person doesn't feel the same about you, or would never have an interest in you at all. Sometimes it takes boldness and initiative to progress a relationship, or to start one in the first place. Great job on this one. =)
