Lost

She has always been a bit lost
somewhat broken and empty
hurt from the beginning
alone from the start

They label her victim, addict
Some people sympathize and some hate
Its her fault they say, she chose this
If you ask her, she will never tell

she is beyond repair
her emotions turned physical long ago
she never learned to deal
she copes the only way she knows how

she is just another lost soul
along with millions of others
