Smile at me one more time
Just so I will know
How you are feeling
Or if this is a hoax

Want to be happy with you
Don't want to be disappointed
Don't know if I can take it
Hoping this will work out

Not sure what will happen
Already on my last rope
That is starting to break
Not much time left

Try not to get my hopes up
Only to fall on my face
Once again the broken girl
Are you the one to fix me?

Ones before crashed and burned
Made all the wrong choices
Tell me you are the one
So I can stop wasting time

    Sometimes love and relationships can feel like a waste of time, especially if a couple have not worked out the way you wanted them to. I believe all experiences have their purpose though, whether good or bad, and although it's good not to have bad ones, sometimes what we learn from bad experiences helps us to be more alert and not so "clueless", so-to-speak. Because if we have no bad experience to draw from, how do we know the one we are having is good? That's not to say we NEED bad experiences; We were never designed like that. But if we happen to have them, drawing lessons and experience from them can certainly help us a lot.
