Your worth

by Becca   Aug 13, 2010

Your worth is dissatisfying me with each day that comes to pass, and I,
Well I only love you when its convenient for me.
Was it something I said?
I am wedded to sarcasm but devoted to you.
This magnifying glass knows who I am, but do not be alarmed
It knows you too,
Always cutting to the core of who you really are,
Deep down and overt.
Was it something I said?
All apologies.
Oh diffident me, confessing words from my mouth
Attempting to manage things I cannot control
Much like our current predicament
Im beginning to succumb to the impasse,
Once and for all
