Snake Whisperer

by Soft Parade   Aug 24, 2010

Slippery Serpent navigates the cream
Delectable sights unearthed in a dream
Fluorescent bulbs across many a beam
Infinitely dancing on a continuous stream

Distracting images hung out on the line
Gluttonous pornography of the local swine
Harboring evil is an ambivalent crime
Human conscience comes cheap as a dime

Unwittingly dispatched into the haze
Emotionally detached from the endless days
Struggling actors lost in the maze
Perilous victims of this latest craze

Puppeteer college disguised each steer
Assimilated knowledge drives the frontier
Lubricated motion caught shedding a tear
Engineered devotion sparks irrational fear

Magical mysteries left under the sun
Legacies untold suffer the gun
Creative innovations are on the run
Perplexing contradictions generate our fun.

Soft Parade I am probably way off the mark here but is this about sex during asphyxiation?
