The Present & Past

Dont you hate it when you fine someone
that you really love and then it just dies a little?
Then you start loving someone from the past again?
I sure as hell do
I mean the past love ment so much
I cant help but think of him
While im talking to the present love now
It might not make any sense right now
But im working on it

I'm in love with the present
But i dont think i love him just yet
my past needs me
But so does my present love also
I cant go on thinking
That im a cheater
Because i have love for someone in the past
I dont want to break the presents heart
Even though hes younger
Hes still amazing in many ways
It doesnt bother me since its a year
But I dont want to get hurt either

Pasts cuts
My pain
Our hate

Theres only one guy that knows
The real me and understands me
The way no one does
Even though the past hurts my heart
He knows what to say to cheer me up.

On the other hand the present
He heals my heart with happiness
And we never fight
He just makes me happy

But love brings pain too right?
