Darkest Deception

by Jamin Huchingson   Aug 26, 2010

These images burned in my brain
Contain, a pain;
Caused by the darkest form
Deception.

There is no exception
Deceived, as they pretend
To be a friend, while they heave
Your ego, self-esteem, and heart
Over the edge of their lies.

Simultaneously you plunge
Into the depths of the wise
And then begin to open your eyes
Everything you had understood to be true,
Every emotion, every touch, was taken from you.

They were not real, just an illusion
A created delusion, which caused mostly confusion
Total Disbelief, of a heartless crime
A victim, to a thief, who will never do time.
