When your world comes crashing to the ground

You're beautiful
You're confusing
You're illogical
You're amusing
You're bleeding from the inside

You never let a tear drop
you hide your fears somewhere unfindable
you shower people with pretty little lies
but the scars you wear are unconcealable

You're falling apart
barely breathing
but your broken heart
is still beating

The people you trust
throw sticks and stones
and break your bones
the blood in the dust
spell out your name

You're faking
You're breaking
You're barely holding on
You're facing your fears all alone
You're bleeding from the inside

You're crashing into the unknown
it hurts,its strange
but somehow it feels like home
its a pleasant change

You're changing
You're amazing
You're mesmerizing
You're a diamond in the making
You're fighting from the inside

    Paige, this poem is really good! :) i have missed reading/critiquing your work. as i read this piece, i could tell when you were writing it, you were emotional, or at least thats the feeling i had. i love the way it all flowed together, and the imagery is wonderful! :) thank you for sharing this with us. i don't see any flaws here at all. 5/5 katie <3

    Thank you for pointing that out,Beautiful_chaos I will fix it:) yes I have gotton a few lines from a song, but the flow,stanza and idea,rhyming, meaning/story behind the poem was my idea:|(not the song.)

    All of your starting "your" need to be "you're" Other than that I thought this was a nice piece, though I would give credit to the inspiration.

    Thank you!and to your_crimson_saviour; there are 2 or 3 lines from a song,but I edited it so it will be more my words,and the rest are completely my own words. x
