Goodbye to you

by Iforeverpromise2   Oct 12, 2010

You took me out and tormented me
Yet you expected me to stay true to you
I laugh at the mere thought
If you wanted a girl to be yours so bad
an actual conversation could've been had

Instead you played games of hide and seek
with your friends outside my home
do I sleep well anymore at night
the answer to that is no

So thank you for all you've done
Do you Hear sarcasm in my voice
You might have gotten away with some sh*t
but did you walk away with the prize

I was your muse once
I wish to be that no more
so keep that pen you broke broken
and walk swiftly out my door
