Unrequited Office Lust (Revised)

by Soft Parade   Nov 27, 2010

I see you by the printer,
the sight is like a splinter
to my soul. I wonder
what you wear; under
that skirt. Maybe lace,
I can make out but a trace.
I'd love to touch up
against you. To cup
your firm left breast.
A wet dream at best!
You glance my direction
sending up an erection.
Embarrassed by myself,
thoughts of top shelf
mags. I whimper "Hello",
its lost on of the flow
of phones ringing,
chitter-chatter singing.
My heart quietly burst
open; a struggling thirst.
Unquenchable delight
at the rear sight
of you walking away.
That graceful sway
as the curve of your bum
equates a perfect sum.
A mesmerizing dance
locks my gazing trance.
I tilt my head out
of my cubicle, shout
nothing from my empty
un-imaginative bounty.
You turn the corner
out of sight. A mourner
feels this pain, hollowed
out, a lump swallowed.
I get up, not thinking
confused and sinking,
I move out and walk
toward the toilet. Talk
with a colleague, but
I don't listen. I just cut
him short and move
on, Ive got a groove,
a private mission:
Release my ambition.

It a better piece, and I'm glad you filled out the story. At first, when I was reading the first couple of the new lines, I thought it was all just going to be sexual, but it didn't continue, and so I was glad.
