Back Then

by Jesaiah   Dec 29, 2010

Back then when I was young.
Back then when I could smile.
The happiest days of my life.
Were the times we shared for awhile.

Back then we were great.
Back then we were known.
Everyone respected what we were.
Slowly faded by the hate later shown.

Back then we were happy.
Back then we were together.
So how did thing suddenly reverse
from laughing to avoiding each other?

Back then I had no worries.
Back then where love is all I knew.
As years have passed by.
Now pain is all I go through.

Back then, just one more time.
Back then, I'll give ANYTHiNG for.
My wish to experience it again.
Hides somewhere behind a closed door.

Back then made me who I am.
Back then has made me strong.
By going through what I have.
Has taught me my rights and wrongs.

Back then was some way good.
Back then was some way bad.
My heart learned how to cure itself.
Knowing I can obtain what I once had.

Back then we're no longer near.
Back then we were what we should be
and I will always remember those memories
because how can I forget, Back Then we were a family.
