I really like this poem. I feel as though we All go through the days when we hate everything and everyone. Its something that just happens when we are at our worst depth of life sometimes. This is a really good poem and there is a lot of emotion.

Matt, this really hit home to me. It's like you were a fly on the wall in my head or something because right now I feel exactly like this consumed in darkness with no way out.

I can feel the anger and hatred because you are hurting inside. .Once upon a time I have experience the same feeling,. regret, hatred, anger and the feeling of you wanted to revenge..but that's long long ago. ..I finally moved on..

by the way this lines hit me

"I know its not right

eating away at my soul
leaving me empty"
