You and your ex

by theory of the loser   Mar 22, 2011

You are my husband,
I have your ring on my hand,
though you does this, and when I cry you don't understand,
you'll yell and I'll give in, because you know that I won't leave you,
I know what I said and why I shouldn't have said it,
but, yes, you're right, you guessed it,
I love you and I'd do anything for you,
but the life you screw is not just my own but the life of your unborn son,

I don't care how her brown eyes sparkle,
or how her skin glows in the light,
I don't want to hear how you are just friends,
you know that I know that's a lie,
I don't want to hear about how ex's can be friends,
those types of friends usually have quick ends,
and no I don't want to hear how you are over her,
because I have seen your messages,
and sorry babe but I have ears and have heard you talk on the phone,
and ex's don't have sex over it,

I may be naive but I am not stupid,
being over the phone, hell, you are still playing cupid,
you are a married man,
with a child on the way,
if you don't get it together, I'll be long gone the next day,

you were not like this before we wed,
now you stray to a GIRL who hurt you so bad,
if YOU do not grow up and move to my side,
you can find your ring on my place on the bed.
