Locked inside my room;
I cannot escape.
Watch the shining moon
as it slowly fades.

My room has gone dark;
the sun has gone down.
Just a broken heart
never to be found

I'm destined to stay;
I can never leave.
Please, save me today;
come rescue me.

I have nothing to do
but stare at the ceiling;
when I am without you,
my life has no meaning.

Tears swell in my eyes;
I wish that you were here.
Alone, I'm left to die;
the pain is what I fear.

I close my eyes
to go to sleep.
I start to cry;
come rescue me.

The sun rises again;
I get up to look outside.
I have given up hope;
another day has gone by.

I stare out the window;
watch the whole world pass me by.
I sit here all alone;
never got to say goodbye.

It's not too late
to be with me.
You must not wait;
come rescue me.
