Eyes So Blurry

"Eyes So Blurry"

My eyes are red;
too blurry to see.
I'm lying in bed,
but cannot sleep.

Afraid of nightmares
that keep me awake;
all of my fright stares
me straight in the face.

I feel so dead;
I'll always be
locked inside my head,
with eyes so blurry.

The nights are cold,
filled with my fears;
this silence is too
loud for my ears.

My eyes are red;
won't close to sleep.
I'm lying in bed,
with eyes so blurry.

When the sun is out,
I stay in my room;
don't know why or how,
but I'm forever doomed.

I feel so dead,
with only me;
locked inside my head,
with eyes so blurry.
