I'm letting you go

by Mahi   May 23, 2011

Soon
I' m letting you go and
step out of the world of you and me
And step in to a world,
where no longer you are
beside me

I'm letting you go
granting you the freedom you were longing to have
letting you to pursue the love you deserve to have
Releasing you from the grip of my hand
Leaving you out
From the uncertainty of the bond
between
you and me

I'm letting you go and I enter into my little world again
Where,
The only man in my heart was my father
The only thing I bothered about was my family
The only thing left for me to do is learning
The only feeling that was lingering in my mind was "unloved"

I'm letting you go and
I know that I don't deserve to have you
But,
the loneliness is creeping into my mind...
Yelling at me that I'm gonna be all alone,
without you, just only me, with myself again

I'm letting you go
but It stops my heart for a while, it reddens my eyes for a while...
making me realize that very soon,
one episode of my life is going to end
and I will have to write the next episode of my life
without you

Life is a very long journey and the twists which life will take, nobody can predict so. Nothing should be regretted in this life because life is a learning experience.
Being happy is very important and whatever makes the person happy, they should be doing only that.
Really nice verses. You write very well.
