Self Destruct Sequence

by Rich   Jun 21, 2004

Sinking deep
Into the rain,
An eternal quest
To go insane.

A noose of chains
And razor blades;
Destruction's so sweet,
When life cascades.

Plough into descent,
Throw me to the wind.
Highlight the times I failed,
And all those times I sinned.

The funny thing is,
I destroyed myself first;
Leaving just my shell
To quench your ill thirst.

But not yet content
You still pull me apart,
To suck on my feeling
And feed on my heart.

Now left on the floor,
Struggling in vain.
But I still get up,
To be beaten again.
