I have scars
on the outside
signs of physical pain
visible for the world
in the sight of everyone
they show where I have been

I have scars
on the inside
heart has been torn
no one can see
out of sight
in my mind
they show where others have been

I have scars
inside out
they shape my past
though they will never
define who I am

    Interesting... I like how you say they will never define you though you cut because of the pain you feel. Kinda get the message that your pain is not who you are, it's just the depression/pain/whatever is going on. Wow shows your strength! Very good but the flow seems a little weak but the choppiness goes well with the message of the pain, scars and more. Nice! Good job.
