How could someone you love bring so much pain?
I'm trying, trying so hard but the knife won't cut through my vein.
I didn't want to lose you, I would always say -
I choose you, I chose you, you were my chosen one.
The love we had is now gone, it's done.
Like the sun slowly disappears beyond the mountains,
I'm rolling down my curtains to finally have a closure.
I was all caught up with all your lies,
how could you just sit there and listen to all my cries?
When I felt your hand hitting my face,
I could not think of a place I would like to be,
more than heaven.
I knew God would always protect me,
but I didn't knew He would also forget me..
I'm trying, trying so hard..
But yet it felt like I was dying.
