In This Forever.

by Poet on the Piano   Jun 30, 2011

I could never leave you
Not even if death pressed upon us
And I was given a choice
To be freed from bondage.
I would never be truly free
Unless I was tied to your being.

Because all I want is you,
It doesn't matter if I am blinded from your face,
It doesn't matter if I cannot feel your touch,
It doesn't matter if I can't take your hand,
Being with you is the best way to live
And I will spend my life like this.

Laying with you, Flying with you,
Whatever circumstances we are in,
The sky always opens
And rain kisses our lips,
Making a path to our soul.

I am bonded to you, Forever faithful,
And I will never leave your side
At the slightest call from another.
You are who I listen to,
The other half of my heartbeat.
