Passion & Paradise ~The world is crueler than you think~

by Marcus blake   Jul 2, 2011

Where did those blue flowers go, I can't smell the spring breeze
The statues that blocked out the sun have all crumbled but the dream is never gone
The weak are the weak and the strong are the strong
No books of history can change that sustaining truth
No amount of knowledge could capture what was there, No amount of hope could bring back the joy that were thrusted upon me when I were a witness to the Beauty
And like a witness I could only watch as my world was forever changed
Forget the luxury's of life I had will power but that alone isn't enough
And what is gone is gone so the past buries its self
Yet my brave words brought me to tears, I realized I too was a part of the change
That I too, like the flowers, bloomed and flourished, as the warmth of my surroundings began to develop a heart-felt generosity towards a new beginning...
With each passing moment I glance backward though time
Thinking if there were anything i could do I would
But this life is one I'm unable to alter
I don't want to die forgotten but i wont live a monster in the worlds eyes
And so here's my oath to become reborn, to march forward, to break new barrier's, but I will never forget that sweet, sweet company of those blue flowers.
