Darkness Has A Hold On Me.

Darkness has a hold on me

trapped in this world of misery

can't go forward and never going back

suspended in this time and place

I have fallen from grace

Black smoke consumes me

dark images taunt my mind

racing thoughts

fast heartbeat

I think I have truly lost all that I thought was mine

All the trust and all the love was it all just one big LIE?

Years and years of life together...kids..a home...a reason to keep living

its all gone now

Darkness has a hold of me

for your lies..

for your deceit

for all the hurt...

for what???

For someone that did not even matter.

For a few hours of Pleasure

that should of been with me.

Now I am in Darkness and Misery.
