Till the day i die (for my mother)

by hehasmyheart   Sep 15, 2011

The moment I was born,
I saw your precious face,
Full of glory and love,
Full of beauty and grace.

You've taught me everything,
Starting from wrong to right,
When I was sick as a baby,
You rocked me to sleep at night.

When I'm sick you're by my side,
You cuddle me with care,
I couldn't live without your love,
Life without you would be too much to bear.

From the moment you touched me,
I knew you were the mother for me,
When I'm down with the blues,
You come to my side and comfort me,
Mother I love you.

I'm so thankful to have you,
God knew it from the start.
It was something I never knew,
I love you with all my heart.

I know deep down inside you are ashamed,
You're ashamed of my actions,
And truely I promise to change my ways.
Please never leave my side.
I want you to stay.

You're everything that I've hoped for.
I love you and hope you understand,
Mom, You've taken time to care,
You always lend me a helping hand.

You've always listened to me,
You've never backed away from me,
You've made me succeed in life,
And the best thing is you believe.

I'm sorry I've hurt you in the past,
By chosing the wrong instead of the right.
My heart and insides are still burned,
You're right mothers know best,
The lesson's I have learned.

Each passing day,
My love grows like the wind,
Our love has a bond that can never be broken
Mom, my love for you will never end.

You've wiped away all my tears,
You've washed them away,
To this very day I will love you,
This that I'm telling you is not a lie,
I will always love you,
Til the day I perish and die.
