Yesterday I knew who we were inside
And today a huge part of that died
Forgiveness is a blessing to the one that lusts
And a curse for the one that miss trusts

Yesterday I didn't question you
I was starting to believe in your promises to follow through
The cheating hand is righteousness as can be
Judgment day throws it into hell to burn for all eternity

Yesterday I believed you'd never stray again
I was finally starting to heal from your past sin
Fooled the fool tangled in your web of lies
The innocent party swallowed whole in your burning eyes

Yesterday your undying love was professed
Only to find out it was a carbon copy of words you just confessed
The evil mind plays such a horrible game
Jezebel that is what I will call you, that is your name

    I feel ya. break ups are a b@#$h. especially if you have been cheated on. you even forgave her and that trust was abused again.

    know this: ive been there. and this is a very accurate description of that feeling. and if you are feeling anything like me, dont let yourself build those walls and dont seal yourself away. (even though i cant take my own advice)
