Lonely nights I spend
Missing every part of you
Convincing myself I will get over and done with you
A shattered heart can't be fixed, nor replaced

Expecting a single call from you
Once again I expected too much
You said you loved me
Perhaps you could have been THE ONE

You're everything I once had
Everything I needed in life
My heart has been locked again
Sealed into a box just like back then

So much love thrown away
Countless wounds left exposed in my heart
Leaving everything behind, isn't enough
So hard to picture my existence without you

Your love will forever haunt me,
Like a ghost from the past.
No longer a part of my dreams.
You belong to her the day you said good bye to me.

    Aw girl.

    I love this poem. It flows amazing & heartbreak is felt through this. The pain of not having him, when you thought he was the one for you.
