Out Of My Head (Better Off Dead)

by Some Random Human   Sep 30, 2011

Can I remind you,
of the tears I wiped away,
and can I bind you,
to the promises you made,
I swear I tried to,
be your everything,
I never lied to,
you about anything,

You have lied four years,
but now it's becoming clear,
I want you out of my head,
and after all of these tears,
and all this pain that I fear,
I've learned I'm better off dead,

Now I'm trying,
to forget my own past,
but I'm dying,
not sure how long I will last,
your lack of crying,
brings me to ask,
were you lying,
were you wearing a mask,

You have lied four years,
but now it's becoming clear,
I want you out of my head,
and after all of these tears,
and all this pain that I fear,
I've learned I'm better off dead,

So much for sorrow,
there's a smile in its place,
and now tomorrow,
I don't think that I can face,
the heart you borrowed,
is now the one you break,
and I can't swallow,
this pill you've made me take,

You have lied four years,
but now it's becoming clear,
I want you out of my head,
and after all of these tears,
and all this pain that I fear,
I've learned I'm better off dead,

Well you have lied four years,
and now this anger appears,
I need you out of my head,
you never shed any tears,
and now it's becoming clear,
that I am better off dead,

I am better off dead,
I am better off dead,
I want you out of my head,

I want you out of my head,
I want you out of my head,
I am better off dead...

This is very relevant to me.. I just broke up with my boyfriend a few days ago cause he was lying to me for over 2 years of our relationship.
