Your Actions

by kiara   Sep 30, 2011

Past recollections plague the mind
Erasing the strings that holds on to reality
The composure of this figure slowly fading
The scars blazing the vital internal organs
Your selfish actions marring the thoughts
Nothing in this world looks right at all

The eyes contorted and twisted of sight
Your egocentric doings sliced a soul apart
No thoughts took shape in that feeble brain
To think carefully of what role that would play
The heart clinging for life cut up it bleeds
Crippled by memories that just slaughters dreams
Your self-centered transactions tarnished your seed

Wounds abound left to bind and hold deep
Visions of your actions replay in the conscience
Not being able to love so that a child could be kept safe
From your egotistical dealings that left this heart to break
Forgiveness could no longer be considered
A piece of you flesh and blood you threw out the window

Your self-seeking interests destroyed a child
Her self-esteem forever cut into pieces that stretch out for miles
The sight of herself she can not stand to see
Your self-serving actions, severed this daughter entirely
