Dear Jacob

I have not been happy for quite a long time
i have not been able to feel love and put it in a rhyme
i have finally found you now I'm scared to be broken
torn in a way where i can never love, broken i will be

i love him now more than i thought it possible to love
i am flying now so high above
the world is a new place not dark and no alarms
its a wonderful place right here in you arms

i put my love down on paper hoping you may see
i never knew that one day i would write happy poetry
i rhyme my words for a first in a long time
this love is strong and hopes to live prime
