Discouraged

by Nil   Oct 21, 2011

Tresses hang covering your face
On your knees, it's too much to take
Blackened lines trickle disgrace
As you try to put the pieces back

Sometimes a long night
Takes more out of you then a marathon
Can't catch your breath
Walking, only to stumble

Over and over again
Alcohol numbs the pain
And makes things cloudy
Lines blurs, things that bother you don't
When you sip away

Life's a mess like my room
Clothes thrown everywhere
Memories of what thinks use to be
Importance seeming meaningless

Alas, discouraged.
I'll continue to try
Only to end up in this same place
Lonely, but not alone

I'll drink to my sorrow

Where pleasure is vast, doom is known.. It's good to realize that in Life, you are not alone..but so unlucky how you've given up already to bibling.. Nothing good comes from much pleasure.. You can still do better than this.. Creative piece, all the same.
