This piece is terrific it tells of things that you really seem to think about. There is imagery and slight emotion but there is so much detail, overall it is amazing. The word choice really put this piece together. 5/5 excelkent

"Sorrow has no hold where love has no end"
    ^^
this line itself serves as a great quote, then how about the whole entire poem ?!

    Wooow!!
This is one of your best Michael, the opposite images, the different reflections you get from reading this. Its just so powerful and deep in its meaning.
There is no doubt that you are one of the finest poets I have ever met, this site is blessed to have you as a member in it.

A nomination for sure once I get my votes back.

    God bless you.
    Much love <3

    Oh wow.
    Amazing poem.

Will the entire thing was absolutely amazing, I find that I loved the last stanza the most. So many quote-worthy lines right here, and the message is just so convicing and clear, both at the same time.

    Amazing is the word....!!
I liked the poem throughout..no flaws as it was from the heart...:)
I liked the beginning and the end was captivating....I must say,the entire poem was beautiful....=]

    Red roses have a beauty
    their stems bear sharp thorns.
    Some angels wear white wings,
    those fallen down grow horns.

    Beauty is among great things
    possessed by a fine flower.
    Nature has its bounty,
    while heaven weeps with showers.

    ^
    my favorite verse....
    Loved your poem...!!
    Good Work....

I was thinking to leave my thoughts about this poem but I seriously can't do so because I see it as a masterpiece. There is just so much I can say from this piece but I will restrain myself. It just that so many images come to my mind.

    Nominated!.

Loved it, and I'm sorry for your loss. I really liked the last stanza, especially:

Sorrow has no hold where love has no end.

Poems from the heart always turn out the best.

Wow, Michael, this poem is so beautiful. I love the imagery you created, especially through nature, I think nature poems are really moving, because of the usual deep meaning behind it.
The last stanza was a perfect ending. I love it!!!
    Great job :)
