My Dream

I had a dream and you were there too
You told me there is a love and I should believe in it too
I looked at you with a sad smile
And stand like that for a little while
You came close to me and took my hand
Then wrapped your arms around my waist
You hugged me very tight and sweet
I felt like that's all ill ever need
You took my face in your warm hand
Looked in my watery eyes and said
No needs to cry I'm here now
And I promise I will never let you down
Sure I can't promise you all that you want
But I sure can give you what you never had
I will never try to hurt you
Because I know what you been through
I looked at you and tears start falling down
I wanted to believe you I just didn't know how
Because of what I've seen in life
And because of what I've been through
It was just hard to believe that what you said was true
But I promised to myself that I will try
Even knowing that maybe after I will cry
So I looked in to your eyes and I truly believed
That what you said wasn't I lie and that's all I need
Then I wrapped my arms around you and whispered in your ear
I believe you I trust you take my heart so it can heal
You smiled at me and kissed my tear
Then u said something but I couldn't hear
Your face your smile was fading away
I got confused I got so scared
I started to panic and scream your name
I start to cry tears falling down my face
For just a moment I thought you were all mine
I closed my eyes shut wishing when I open you will be near
But when I opened my eyes I realized it was just a dream
