Enemy of The State of Mind

by Freeze Tyler   Dec 11, 2011

Chapter One is the detailed description of his earlier trials.
The miles walked in the shoes of an adolescent.
The catastrophic events that reshaped the landscape.
Act One Scene One begins in the room,
Closed enough to be ruled by a single mind
But instead of ran by two.
A ambivalent war over territory that both equally destroy.
The lesser of two evils still a necessary evil at that.
An evil so dull that it tracks the imagination.
It shelters and feeds what needs to be wild and free.
What needs to be wild and free is the enemy
To the state of mind of mine so dear
To me, yet too mean to be near or clear.
This evil is the laughter that runs around my head
Like children brought back from the dead
Whispering counts to jump rope amounts.
This is the setting to the massacre
By the Enemy of The State of Mind.
