Lost

A little lost boy
craving attention
From everyone around
Noone hears his crys

From his begining
This boy is alone
knowing nothing
of the world outside

Solitude is all he wants
yet his instincts tell him no
Break free from this cycle
"Escape yourself"

A flicker of hope
and the boy jumps
higher and higher
only to fall down again

Pushed down
To his bottomless pit
The place he calls
"home" "comfort"

    definitely sounds like a lost boy :( I thought this poem was good, it's nicely written and well thought up.....I think when you wrote "crys" you meant "cries" but other then that I think you did a good job on this poem, its definitely sad. but I like how you wrote that he liked solitude.... made it more interesting to read , so nice job writing this :)
