I dreamt once
Of bigger things
Of better things
I dreamt without fear

Once I could close my eyes
Drift into heaven
Hope beyond hope
Once I could see with my eyes closed

Once
I possessed a reckless abandon
An audacious spirit
Entrenched in security

Once I never cared
About opinions
Appearances
Compliancy

I was a rebel with a cause
Me
I was the cause
The etiology

My disease
Narcissism
Neurotically unadjusted
To life

    Add some punctuation, made this hard to read,
    however the title was intriguing,
    I just felt something missing here,

    It seemed incomplete and just thrown together,
    Maybe it's me, I'm a little tired,
    Hnmmm

    Our dreams are what keeps us alive - if we have none - we're nothing.

    I love the line - Once I could see with my eyes closed. Very powerful
