Goddess of Evasion

by jen sheridan   Jan 30, 2012

Hiding within the pre tense, of the illusion she creates,
Ignoring the contributing factors, as she continually debates,
Her reality is all that exists, deflecting all opposing expressions,
Dominatingly spectacular, twists and turns the review of her indiscretions,
Altering meanings, implications and words to suit a purpose beneficial to just one,
The goddess reaches all, with her potent venomous words, touching all like the rays of the sun,
Empathy, understanding or compassion enters not into her consideration,
Waiting the goddess plans her next ferocious attack with glee and trepidation,
Her inner most feelings a continuous mystery, as she skilfully covets,
Talking clearly with calmness of tone, as her eyes she expertly averts,
The goddess of war, should be her signatory title, as a lust for destruction fills her veins,
After her presence, there is only devastation and destruction that remains,
Pain and torment she creates with each and every manipulation,
Viciously sinking her teeth to the bone without the slightest remorse or hesitation,
Flashing eyes show, the reflection of her intended, defenceless prey,
Words smooth as silk, reeling them in one by one, persuading them to meekly obey,
Walking slowly into the web, she has created to deceive, all chosen for damnation,
Her motivation is merely the satisfaction of her inner need for power and domination,
Why? The vicious nature, desire to conquer all, solely rely,
On her beliefs that her needs are, far more important, as she stares down from upon high,
Naturally gifted, she is and always has been, the ultimate, a goddess of evasion,
Abilities used, to serve her and only her, displaying her talent for manipulation and persuasion.
One should not generalize and perceive a person is guilty of the crimes of another. Trust carefully placed is a far better solution...
