When I'm gone,
release me let me go.
I have many things to see and do,
You must not tie yourself to me with tears and pain.
Be happy that we had beautiful moments for years.
I gave you my love,
You can only guess how much you gave me in happiness,
but it's now time I travelled on alone.
So bless the memories in your heart.
I will be far away,
though you cannot see or touch me.
I will be near,
if you listen with your heart you will hear.
All my love around you loud and clear.

    I think the Elergy was spot on! Love to see gems who sing theirs, even while they last... That shows a sense of maturity and consciousness, found in but a few.. Who Knows Tomorrow, afterall!? Elegant dude..

    Hmmmmm, ive been that guy on the other side, and females, or males just wont ever realise how hard it is, its okay to walk away when the end is evident, but its a kick in the teeth that hurts lol.

    now onto the poem itself, I actually enjoyed this one, it flowed rather well, you got a clear message out there and some of the sentances you stringed together were done nicely. kudos
