Broken

My heart has been broken into two,
And I just don't know what to do!
I heard the bad news,
Pretend you're in my shoes.
I'm lost, frustrated, angry, upset,
Do you feel my pain, no not yet!
I had my hopes were brought up so high,
Just to fall down from a huge nasty lie!
I wish that you could stop my pain,
To cool me down and put out the flame.
I was coming home I was so glad.
But i couldn't now I'm angery furiously mad!
Upon my pedestal I truly desire,
To let my tongue spit out this fire.
I'll have to be quite and keep to myself,
And leave my thoughts alone on my shelf.
I'll hide my feelings from everyone,
And pretend my pain is over and done.
I'll wear a fake smile,
And let everyone think I'm happy for a while
