Slip Away Guy

This is to that one special
guy, I let slip away
I want him to know
I miss him each & everyday

I wanted to let him know
how I miss him so much
I miss everything about him
I even miss his touch

I dont even know
why I let you go
It seems like yesterday
but really it was a long time ago

I remember that day
so bitter & Cold
I told you your heart Id always hold

At that time
I didnt think it was true
I was just saying that
to try and help you

I really miss him
with all my heart
and I have thought of him
every day siince we've been apart

So to you that
One special guy
When I said I moved
on that was a lie

I didnt realize
until a while ago
If i had known before I wouldnt have let that 1 special guy go!
