A game to its player

by Judy kumar   Mar 18, 2012

It's only fair to win
Because losing do not make good stories
To tell in poker games
And when we do win
What have we lost?
Because they both cannot go without the other
A game to a player is what I am to this note
I am its controller as it is also mine

I have played many games
They juggled my life
Because they were also playing to win
So when it was over and done
We all return to the same poker table with different stories
Where from one side it seems that to chatter
While the other waits for the next poker game
