I'm waiting

by symonelouise27   Apr 29, 2012

I'm waiting for a sign,
I'm waiting for someone to show me
How every cloud has a silver line,
I'm waiting to feel the peace of the sea.

I'm waiting for something different to come,
I'm waiting for a change.
I'm waiting for the bees to hum
Their sweet tune or the words to rearrange.

I'm waiting for something big to happen.
I'm waiting for people to turn around.
I'm waiting for these eyes to dampen,
I'm waiting for people to hit the ground.

I'm waiting for minds to join.
I'm waiting for plans to form,
I'm waiting for faith to be based on a flipped coin,
I'm waiting for the future to cause them to mourn.

I'm waiting for the end,
I'm waiting for that one voice,
I'm waiting for their souls to send.
I'm waiting for that one major choice.

Waiting patiently hoping for something to
happen it works in certain situations.
A choice is something we make.
