True Colors

by Poison Ivy   Apr 29, 2012

I am left without anyone by my side,
All alone, empty and pain.
While you float on water,
As the time of your life is upon you.
Good for you for being happy,
And bad for me with the way you cast me out.

Your words are sweet to the unknown person,
But you hit hard bitterness to me as I know you.
You feed them treats so they'll follow you around,
And you feed me dirt as your slave.

I wonder around why you got all the glory,
Good life, good friends, good grades and stable home.
While I got none of them, I do envy you.
But I never had intentions to hurt you as the way you did to me.

Were you literally created to make my life a living hell.
You threw ice cold water at my face when I wanted to talk to you.
I never did that to you no matter how much you deserve it.

To be honest, I am getting better every day.
Some days were harder but I pray that my day suck a little less.
I may never be happy, where I am always a sad hollow person.
But I promise you, I will get better every day.
Even if I got hit by sticks and stones from all of you.

I used to call you my friend but honestly,
We are way passed that.
You know and I know, your true passion is to humiliate me.
