The end

by Shades of Gray   May 2, 2012

I look in the mirror.
I'll soon disappear.
She begs for my death.
I take a deep breath.

So, I grab the blade.
I guess I can't be saved.
My pain runs too deep
for them to help me.

I refused their meds,
so they left me for dead.
Now my blood stains the floor.
I hear a knock at the door.

I'm running out of time.
I quickly commit the crime.
I lay here as I die.
I know no one will cry.

I look in the mirror.
See, I've disappeared.
She begged for my death.
I now take my last breath.
