Short but have strong emotion.
--My demeanor is calm but mother,
you have no clue...that this is eating me alive.-All the constant years of abuse...the put-downs and being ridiculed. I say it with no shame that i will never forgive you...for destroying me.---the emotion here is very powerful..their is hatred and anger that maybe you can't speak out..I was wondering who you mean "mother?" Really deep thought that I can't reach..but I know the emotion that's why I need to read it again and again...what I feel for this poem is all hatred in somebody for ruining your life and you expressed here that you will never forgive that somebody...sometimes, in our life we can't avoid discrimination and judgement from other people..it is a part of our life battles..the most important is you are strong enough to face it..and maybe those trials and challenges will build you more strength to fight it. Hope you can control that hatred because sometimes it is the cause of demons inside ourselves.
Anyways, I like your poem as a whole. Well-penned.5/5-C-

Well by mother, i was really referring to my mom. I guess it isn't hard to tell that my mom&I don't have a good relationship. It was extremely hard for me to post this poem because I was worried about how others would feel about it...but I got over it.! lol I know that maybe within time i will be able to forgive her..but as of right now, it seems impossible.
