The Day You Went Away

The day you left, tears raced down my face even though you went to a better place. I was lost not knowing what to do, my heart hurt and shattered cause i lost you. Only in my mind and in time will i see you again, See you smile and hear your voice for when that day comes i will rejoice. You were my brother and my friend, that's something you can't pretend.
