Prophet's of literture

by Marcus blake   Jul 14, 2012

I'm not a disease but I've infected people, and changed the way people think into something unconventional
I'm not a success story, I don't need to be to make it
I'm not a god that wrote million year old books, or told stories to prophets, about justice and violence
Mixed with lies and confusion but I believe them too
I'm not a hero like superman, I can't fly through the air to save people and my life isn't a fairytale like the ones in pretty books
I'm not a failure like my dad was, like the villains were in those comic books I'd read about when I was young
Hoping I'd never become
I'm not happy like kids at a playground unaware of the world, like I was when I was younger enjoying my youth
I'm not a magician like ones who play tricks, I don't have any cards up my sleeves, but we all suspect shit
I'm not the same person i use to be, before change occurred
Before my wonders exceed possibility
when my dreams became clear to me
Finally...
