An instance of misunderstanding

by Marcus blake   Jul 14, 2012

Misunderstanding is a plague to the world
For all the questions asked and answered with ignorance
and all the people who sat and witnessed it
This poem is for you
They say if you dig deeper, you can see clearer
Open your eyes and maybe you could see the bigger picture
I'm painting a canvas for the world to see
I'm putting my dreams in it, I'm throwing pain and heartache in this shit
And if it rains, I'll paint till I'm drenched by that pain I put in it
A shame isn't it, to see beauty tarnished
And the selfish become restless, while the hopeless hold on to whats precious
In that instance...
