Laplace's Box UC 0001

When they dropped those bombs that day
I ran around everywhere looking for her
I should never of argued with her
Perhaps she'd be here right now
Holding my trembling hand
Telling me everything would be alright
Instead she's lost; and while the bombs haven't dropped yet
And though I haven't found her yet
Its times like these that I tend to remember when we met; so long ago...
Funny how catastrophes make us value the simple things all the more
Or maybe we should of valued each other a bit more
Is it a matter of karma, did we deserve this?
Or is this hatred let loose, mankind's agony unleashed
I thought I caught a glimpse, but I couldn't see
I watched these bombs swallow up the world
They took it all, everything...
