I hate that YOU put me here,
In this depressed mood,
I hate YOU for it but I still love you.

I cry cause we are apart and I can't handle it.
It is YOU who feeds my depression
It is YOU who put me in my depression

YOU are the cause of my pain,
This pain it is so unbearable, i hate it.
I hate this pain like i hate YOU

Im afraid of my depression,
Afraid that when YOU get better...
I wont get better.
I hate YOU for it but i still love you

Why is it YOU who feeds my depression
YOU are the cause of my depression...
And im afraid that i will never come out of it

YOU are hurting me more than YOU know.
I hate being apart from you...
But if is the only way YOU will get better...
YOU are the cause of my depression ....
I hate you for it but i still love YOU.

    Wow, that is a total winner, remind me and next week I'm nominate it, I'll have to make a mental note, but this total needs to get out there, it is so perfect, so much feeling, I felt like screaming this out to my ex boyfriend Josh, totally screw me up he did, if you want to talk, just say so, I'd love to if you do

    I like this poem it seems to have a physiological twist, it seem like you are saying you hate the feeling of depression yet you don't feel sane without those feeling either.
