Nothing

Writing, the only thing I turn to when times get tough.
But what am I supposed to do,
When there is ink in my pen,
But no words come out.
Plenty of paper,
Plenty of time,
Plenty of feelings,
But my world just feels so numb.
Troubled times,
Times of need,
So numb its mental torture,
But my feelings can't be freed.
I'm so determined not to pick that knife back up,
But my world just feels so empty,
And I am never blessed with luck.
I've spent too many weeks trying to hide,
Keeping myself busy,
And trying not to cry.
If I could change anything,
I would change the fact he's gone,
Because even when he caused me pain,
I never felt this alone.

    i am always like the reality
    its my loneliness.
    I mean reality is better than anything because i too hurted like you in the same way..

    Lots of people prefer a bad relationship over no relationship at all, Rebecca...to be alone is only bearable for selfish people who love to be in their own company.

    This is an evoctaive piece, full of deep thoughts. Our emotions are a mixture of uncertain feelings made up of happiness, worries and sadness. We get clouded trying to administer peace of mind or finding a way to appease our conscience. Life is a mixture of the sweet, sour and bitter moments coupled together.

    We need to experience sad trials to appreciate the good times. Likewise we need to be in happy moments to be grateful to be blessed not to be strucked by hard times. Its a dual way and can only be dealt with by creating a balance to always be ready for any unexpectancies.
