Page turns

Thine eyes and thine lips
So tender when mine they meet

Challenging the moons beauty and our stars' radiant heat. Oh how fair the skin
Knowing it's incomparable beauty and grace
Mine knowing only sin

Two hearts, time is the killer and a hostage they are both being kept
Not once has she escaped his dreams whilst he slept
One could walk, time and time again while ending in Rome
The barriers holding them back some call home

No such thing as a heart beat that my mind fails to
think-
only of you twice,
when my eyes are open and when they permanently blink.
